Meditation Part 1

This week, on the Christway Connect Podcast, we began a discussion through Spiritual Disciplines in our walk with Jesus. The first 3 Disciplines are Inward. The next 3 are Outward and the final 3 are Corporate. The first to start is a discussion of Meditation.
